Breakfast

Room charges include a daily buffet breakfast for 2 adults and a child-free up to 3 years old child, 4 – 11 years old children are chargeable at IDR 100.000 net per child at HQ Resto. Children above 12 years old assume as adults and charged by using an extra bed.

Deposit

IDR 1,500,000 per room during stay for additional expenses besides room expenses. This security deposit for incidentals is required upon check-in. The deposit is fully refundable upon check out but subjects to a damage inspection of the property. This incidentals deposit may settle by cash or credit card.

Term and Condition Policy

According to government regulation, all transactions shall be in IDR currency ( Indonesian Rupiah )

A valid identity card must be presented upon check-in registration.

It is forbidden to bring explosives and flammable items, weapons, drugs, durians, and pets into hotels.

It is prohibited to do any acts which contrary to law and cause any annoyance to the hotel.

Smoking is not allowed inside of the room only allow on the smoking area, terrace, or balcony ( outside of the room ).
