Turtle Kids Land operates daily from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM. Each child ticket includes admission for one companion. If the companion is under 12 years of age, an additional fee will apply.

2.       Socks Requirement

All children and companions are required to wear socks inside the play area. If you do not bring socks during your visit, they are available for purchase at Turtle Kid Land for IDR 40,000 per person

3.       Diaper Policy for Young Children

Children under the age of 4 must wear diapers and be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times.

A cleaning fee of IDR 300,000 per person will be imposed if a child urinates, defecates, or vomits in a manner that contaminates the play area.

8.       Damage to Property

If a child damages any equipment or facility, a penalty fee of IDR 500,000 will be charged, or the actual cost of the damaged item, whichever is higher.

9.       Lost and Left Items

Turtle Kid Land is not responsible for any personal belongings that are lost or left behind on the premises.

10.   Babysitter Requirement for Infants

Children aged 6 to 7 months must be accompanied by a designated babysitter during their visit.

11.   Obedience to Supervisors

All visitors are expected to comply with the instructions of the supervisors. Supervisors reserve the right to reprimand or take appropriate action against individuals who cause disruption or pose a risk to others.
