years old, no one over 7 years old is permitted to use the equipment.

8. The Hotel Management is not responsible for any
accident or injuries that occur due to
own negligence when using the playground, it would be the guest's own personal
risk.
9. When use sliders equipment, slide one at a time
in a forward seated position, feet first. Please no climbing on or up slides.
10. When use seesaw equipment, do not lean back, sit
straight and hold on with both hands, not jump off the seesaw without warning,
not stand or run on board. Keep feet out from under the board, sit on the seat
only, and hold the board when getting off.

Children’s Playground: Terms & Conditions – Frequently Asked Questions

1. Who can use the Children’s Playground?
The playground is exclusively available for in-house guests of Truntum Kuta and is intended for children under 7 years old.
2. Does my child need to be supervised?
Yes. Children must be supervised by a parent or responsible adult at all times while using the playground.
3. What are the playground operating hours?
The Children’s Playground is open daily from 08:00 AM to 06:00 PM.
4. Can children aged 7 years and above use the playground?
No. For safety reasons, the playground equipment is only suitable for children under 7 years old.
5. Can we use the playground when the equipment is wet?
No. Please do not use the playground or equipment when it is wet, as the surface may become slippery and increase the risk of injury.
6. Can we bring food or drinks into the playground?
No. Food, drinks, and chewing gum are not permitted on or around the playground equipment.
7. How should the playground equipment be used?
All equipment must be used properly and safely according to its intended purpose. Climbing, standing, jumping, running, or other improper use of the equipment is not permitted.

8. What are the safety rules for the slide?

     Children should:

• Slide one at a time.
• Sit facing forward and slide feet first.
• Wait until the slide is clear before taking a turn.
• Never climb up, walk up, or stand on the slide.

9. What are the safety rules for the seesaw? 

Children should:

·         Sit properly on the designated seat.

·         Hold the handles with both hands.

·         Keep their feet away from underneath the board.

·         Not stand, run, or jump on the seesaw.

·         Not lean backward while using the seesaw.

·         Not jump off while the seesaw is moving.

·         Hold the equipment securely when getting off.

10. Is there a safety or liability policy?
Yes. The playground is used at the guest’s own risk. Truntum Kuta Management shall not be held responsible for accidents or injuries resulting from negligence, failure to follow the safety guidelines, or improper use of the playground equipment.
11. What should I do if I notice damaged or unsafe equipment?
Please stop using the equipment immediately and inform the Hotel team so that appropriate action can be taken.
12. Can non-hotel guests use the playground?
No. The Children’s Playground is exclusively for registered in-house guests of Truntum Kuta.
